Network grant
The Finnish Network for Toxicological Expertise offers small grants to support the development and sharing of toxicological expertise. Detailed application instructions are available in the PDF document.

| Applicants with at least a lower university degree. Senior toxicology experts are also welcome to apply. BSc/MSc students are not eligible. | Conferences, training courses, professional development events, visits to another organisation, or learning a new method or area of expertise. | Participation fees, travel costs, accommodation, and daily allowances (against expenses). The grant cannot be used for salary costs. |
Knowledge sharing
A key condition of the grant is that the applicant shares what they have learned with the Finnish Network for Toxicological Expertise. This can be done, for example, as a short learning diary, written guidance or a review, a video tutorial, social media updates, or another format proposed by the applicant.

Send a 1–2 page application in Finnish or English as a Word or PDF file to: tosve@thl.fi
Please include:
- a short description of the planned activity
- estimated costs and total funding plan
- proposed reporting format
- explanation of how the grant supports toxicological expertise
Grant decisions are made by the network’s grant committee. Recipients and funded activities are announced within two weeks after each application deadline.
